Use Less Floor Space
AXIS comfortably seats six people in the same space as four using
conventional 30" x 60" desk groupings. A 43% space gain.

The heart of the AXIS cluster is a pre-wired 2' diameter steel core. Packard's standard 60" wide steel partition attaches to the core via a spring-loaded stud and key slot. This means that no matter what AXIS configuration you choose - 6 stations, 5 stations, etc. - the overall footprint diameter is always 12'. The footprint does not shrink or grow as you change the number of workstations attached to the core.

Maximize space savings with the 3- or 6-station AXIS cluster; maximize individual work area with the 2- or 4- station AXIS.

The core is pre-wired from the factory with Packard's UL-Listed, 4-Circuit modular electrical system, which includes 1-isolatd "clean" circuit for your sensitive computer equipment.

• Standard Electrical configuration is one duplex per workstation. Any number of duplex, data, communication or other cut-outs can be specified at no upcharge.
• The core can be positioned directly over floor power and data infeeds, or route ceiling power and data into the cluster with a Ceiling Feed Post.

Multiple panel widths

• Standard units are 12' overall diameter (2' core and 5' wide panels)
• 11', 10', and 9' diameter "reduced footprint" units are available (2' core and 4.5', 4', or 3.5' wide panels)
